I am so excited to open this Littmann Stethoscope Cardiology IV.
I take the box out of the package, and it is beautiful. It feels like velvet, and it smells like fresh flowers. I take my time opening it, enjoying the feeling of the paper on my fingers before I opened it up again.
When I get to the cardiology IV section, I can’t believe how beautiful it is as compared to all of the other pieces! But that didn’t stop me from putting on my protective gloves and putting them on my head.
The next thing I noticed is how soft it is against my skin. The material feels like silk, and I could feel the weight of the metal piece in my ears as soon as I put it on—it seemed heavier than any other stethoscope I owned before this one.
I looked around at all my other stethoscopes: some old ones from when I used to go to college here in town; some more expensive ones that were made overseas; even some cheap ones that came with a cheap price tag on them but weren’t as well-made as they should have been! But none of them compared to this new one in terms of comfort or quality—this.
