DermLite Handyscope

The DermLite Handyscope is specifically designed for use with smartphones and tablets and allows for dermatoscopic examinations with help of polarised and non-polarised light. The illumination modes are activated with an integrated button. Additionally, a removable contact disc allows the user to choose between contact and non contact dermatoscopy. The device can thus be used with immersion fluids for dermatoscopy of pigmented lesions or for contact-free examination of vascular structures.

To use it, the Handyscope is simply attached to the smartphone or tablet of choice by mounting the self-adhesive metal ring to the smartphone case. The integrated magnets of the Handyscope provide a secure grip to guarantee uncomplicated dermatoscopic examinations. For centrally positioned smartphone cameras, the metal ring can be replaced by metal wings.

The Handyscope is compatible with the DermLite adapter kits and the DermLite Universal smartphone adapters.
