The Littmann Stethoscope Cardiology IV Plum are amazing. I am able to catch small things that the nurse before me hasn’t. I can clearly hear s1 and s2 so this makes it easier to distinguish abnormal sounds.

Love this Littmann Stethoscope Cardiology IV Plum!! I love the quality, the color and the weight around my neck. I don’t feel like it’s weighing me down. This is my second cardiology stethoscope from Littman, my last one lasted 10 years working in the ER. Just can’t beat the quality of a Littman.
